In reading your first point, though, I wondered if &quot;alignment&quot; as you presented it, doesn&#039;t get in the way of authenticity.  Our customers/markets should be natural &quot;fits&quot; and so getting to know us (in all our dimensions) should not be &quot;stuff that can lose you connections.&quot; In a fully transparent world, we like the Emperor with his new clothes, must venture forth confident that there are &quot;enough&quot; customers (connections, friends) who will resonate with us to ensure success.
In your second point, you reference presenting &quot;consistent messages&quot; in all social media.  I suspect you would also say those messages should be complimentary, though you only infer it.
